My Assessment Report..

 Dear friends...

Yesterday i am successfully got my assessment report fill up by the LAE ,Mr.Wong Jia Wee.He is in charge on the right engine and APU of B747-400,a very large aircraft.

I am look high on him.He is so much humble and down-to-earth guy with a tendency to make people feel good about themselves. Most of the tasks such as change the APU actuator and Borescope ports removal were done by himselt>independent yet humble person.

You can see his T-shirt more dirty with oil and dirt compare to me,apprentices and technicians.Hope to be like him>>wish me good luck.

Viewing the Inside!!!

Real Life Aircraft Maintenance

Do i want to be an aircraft engineer?

Truthfully,it is the very basic thing you need to ask yourself before you jump into the aviation field.I am not a perfect person to tell you this as i am also a newbie in this field. What can i say is that,i am very excited to further my profesionalism in this area. You must be ambitious if you need to "glue" yourself in this field. Mr.Nizar, one of my instuctor has always said "From my experience over 20 years in this aviation field,it is very interesting and challenging everyday".

I believe in what he said because everybody know this, you don't have the second chance once the aircraft in the air.Believe it or not,if you miss even a bolt or a mere crack without giving it a proper treatment, your aircraft may in jeopardy. You can google for Aloha 243 that give impact on the whole aviation industry that the aircraft maintenance is the one to be blame if you want the real prove. It is a sheer luck the pilot manage to land the aircraft safely when nearly a quarter of the fuselage has been flying somewhere else.

The aircraft engineer is like a doctor that must treat the patient with all his might,if he give anonymous potion,it can hazard the body of a person and for the worst, the patient might died from it.Nau'zubillah min zalik.

I have a person who i respect the most in this industry and his name is Prof Zahir bin Mokhtar, our dean of UniKl-Miat.I love his speech very much, very inspiring and motivating. In person he is very nice and has something that make everybody love to be on his side, kind of friendly aura.He is once said to us that "You all here  are very fortunate, that everything always prepare for you but it is not the same for us back in the days where we need to find our own way in this field, most of you take it for granted".Then i know that i must take the ladder and climb to the sky-crapping mountain if i want to be a Licensed Aircraft Engineer which is very tough and not every person can achieve it.

SO WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Al-Hadith:

Final Year Project!!!

Alhamdulillah..

I am writing this to share my experience on my final year project that i have been working on for the past 6 month.I am relieve to finally accomplish all the works that i personally think it is quiet a "stone" on my back.It is like a big bag full of books that i have been carried for the past six solid month has finally can be lowered and leave as it has reach the final destination.I am working on this project with the other two of my classmates.

There are one time when we were really stress and at some point i gave it up because we do not finish what supposed to be done.Thank you Allah because my friends has overtake my job but they are really furious at me.It is because i have to attend to the visit on GE Aviation that i cannot miss. Finally i can make it up for them. The experience is very valuable from the first step to the ultimate step.It is like i am taking the first stair to the last stair but some of my collegues take the elevator which is easier and faster but they do not learn much from that kind of way.

I learn how to open the engine besides the fact that it is already older and occupied with stains and corrosion which is make it just harder to open.I learn to paint and do some finishing on the engine. It is very memorable and "syok" as we spent a lot of time to make a realization on something that everybody has been overlook for so many years. We turn a crackpot engine to the new face engine that will be used as Training Aid for students.I feel Good about it.

Jejak Pertama!!!

Thomas Edison,"a man invented bulb" merupakan pengasas empayar ini.

Amin.
